If you use a laptop or desktop associated with a business to send anything personal or anything that can cause alerts, be aware that you may be jeopardizing your career without knowing it, or meaning to. Use your smartphone or a device not hooked into the organization, uses a different IP when you use your smartphone data, unless you are using their wifi connection. At all times if you are concerned in the least, don’t send personal emails from work technology. You do not want this to happen to you.
