Do You Have a Communication filter or is your boss lacking the filter?
Have you ever worked with someone that does not think before they speak? Like your parents or grandparents always said, it seems that they forgot to count to 10 before speaking. If you visualize a waterfall of words that just spew out of someone’s mouth, that is not appropriate for the situation, uncalled for or just downright rude, that would be an individual without a communication filter.
