When it comes to interviewing, the job seeker finds an opportunity, applies through the organizations preferred mechanism and hopes to have impressed them enough with their resume and/or profile to be invited to participate in next steps.

The organization must go through an internal process to get hiring approval, complete all internal paperwork with all required approvals, analyze the position requirements to assess what is required, assign a compensation range . . .
