If someone does not have a medical reason for their negative outlook, then it is possible to re-focus thoughts and actions. The mind is a very powerful tool.  Think about how you currently deal with negative people or negative influences. Think about how you react to your body and mind when negative people or influences enter your space. Think about your actions and reactions to negativity. Do you get a headache, stomach ache, or other medical conditions? Do you expend energy trying to convince the negative person to be positive? It is up to you to accept negative influences personally or professionally or, choose to just say no – I won’t allow negativity in my world.
